offered on page 1018. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 177(L&C) "An Act relating to marine products                                                                     
and motorized recreational products; amending Rule 3, Alaska Rules                                                              
of Civil Procedure; and providing for an effective date" (technical title
